Requirements:

At least 3 years proven working experience in project management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Emails, team meetings/face-to-face, web and online conferencing)

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum)

Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Analytical Skills

Excellent knowledge of English language

Bonus Skills:

Experience in Leading IT projects

Knowledge of applications development lifecycle

Experience using team collaboration tools(JIRA,TEAM Foundation Server)

Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed project plan,project schedules, allocate resources to monitor and track progress

Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives

Deliver and install technology solutions

Lead process of issue identification and resolution

Manage risk tracking process

Monitor and manage scope

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Work on multiple projects simultaneously

Daily Communication with product owners,development team, customers

Use and continually develop leadership skills

Track project benefits realisation and lessons learnt activities to feed into on-going improvements

Update and maintain all implementation calendars and schedules.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or related field is desired

PSM/PMP - Would be desirable
