Sales Manager (Hardware)

We create top-of-the-line self-service terminals for the entertainment industry, and now, we are entering a new chapter with new production demands and deliveries.
To strengthen our market position even further, we are seeking a Sales Manager who will focus on selling hardware solutions and terminals, and be the key person in identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.
To keep the structure simple, here’s an outline of the key responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting market research—potential customers, partners, competitors, and other stakeholders;
- Actively participating in exhibitions, fairs, and events to develop business and reach target clients;
- Meeting sales targets and developing unique selling points for the designated markets;
- Developing new sales and business development strategies;
- Cultivating existing relationships with current clients while effectively promoting and upselling products;
- Staying updated on the latest industry trends and making suggestions to the team for product improvement based on client demands;
- Weekly reporting to the team leader on business development opportunities;
- Conscientiously using internal tools, with a particular focus on the responsible use of CRM systems.
We’re looking for you because:
- You use English on a daily basis, both written and spoken;
- You have experience working with Google Workspace;
- You bring at least 3 years of sales experience;
- You have a proven track record in negotiations and successfully closing deals;
- Bonus: Previous industry experience is a plus.
