What are we looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer;
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and user-centered solutions;
- Excellent visual design skills paired with a good understanding of human-computer interaction principles;
- Ability to manage the entire design lifecycle – from research and ideation, through wireframes and polished interfaces, to tracking results and analytics for continuous user experience improvement;
- Proficiency in tools like Figma;
- Ability to simplify complex problems into clear and user-friendly designs;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments;
- Comfort with using data and user research insights to inform design decisions.
Expectations:
- Lead the design of new and existing digital products to deliver delightful user experiences;
- Research and understand user needs to guide product decisions and design strategies;
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals;
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality;
- Effectively articulate design decisions and reasoning, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate swiftly throughout the design process;
- Conduct user testing to gather insights and iterate designs based on findings;
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistent experiences across products:
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the entertainment or gaming industry;
- Motion design or animation skills to enhance user interactions;
- Experience creating or maintaining design systems;
- Familiarity with Agile working environments.
