Sales Bootcamp
Why?
NSoft products are available to more than 140 different clients in more than 35 countries on 6 continents. Achieving this would be impossible without our sales team, who works worldwide to promote our innovative products and answer the demands of our customers daily. Our plans for 2022 are big, so we are looking to add new top guns to our sales team, and this is why we created the first-ever - NSoft Sales Bootcamp.
What?
NSoft Sales Bootcamp is a 4-weeks-long training program that will get you familiar with the industry dynamics and our product portfolio. (We are proud to say that we are one of a few companies in the industry that offer both hardware and software products.)
You will also have a chance to improve your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Other topics include customer care, sales ethics, legal compliance, storytelling, sales technical skills, time management, and organizational skills. Everything that you will learn comes from our practical knowledge and 13 successful years of experience in the industry.
IMPORTANT: Bootcamp is free of charge, and we will cover your travel and living expenses if you are coming from outside of Mostar. The best participants will be offered a full-time job, as Sales Agents at our company.
When?
It starts on the 11th of October, lasts for 4 weeks, and working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
Where?
The entire program will occur in our office in Mostar, and your physical presence is mandatory.
If you are coming from some other country or city, you will still have to attend the Bootcamp in Mostar, and you can work remotely later in case you get the job.
Who?
We are looking for 10 candidates, and this is what you need to know:
- Experience in sales and familiarity with our industry is a big plus, but not mandatory
- Educational background is irrelevant, your attitude and willingness to learn is the key
- Fluency in English is a must, while Spanish, French, and Portuguese are a big plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and business closing skills
- Willingness to travel a lot
What happens next?
The best participants will be offered a full-time job, as Sales Agents at our company. Also, they will get a chance to travel with our Sales team to SIGMA Europe Show in Malta in November.
