Business Development Manager

Our team is currently looking for a Business Developer that is willing to travel up to 75% of the working time. The one that will be managing sales and relationships with existing and new NSoft customers, partners, consultants, and end-users. His/Hers primary role will be to increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the rest of the BD Team.

Your daily job will look like this:
- Engage on the existing sales regions and further promote assigned product,
- Discover and track opportunities, follow up leads & clients,
- Visit Customers/partners/consultants at their premises,
- Manage forecasts and achieve the set KPI’s,
- Identify and track customer needs, create new or fit within existing use cases,
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers,
- Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants,
- Coordinate customer, integrator, consultant training,
- Regularly update CRM and proactively communicate about advances that could be made in CRM,
- Acquire, maintain and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition,
- Stay abreast of the product development, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services,
- Create multiple buyer personas based on repeating use cases in different industries/markets.
We will benefit from your hiring because you have:
- 3-5 years of field sales experience hence within Security Industry VMS/AC is an advantage,
- Ability to work in a complex sales environment,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent presentation skills and experience doing client demo's,
- Proven sales achievement/track record,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Tools,
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho, etc.,
- Experience in the security industry with the ability to maintain contacts at different levels,
- Solid understanding of the product development process,
- IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset,
- Valid passport / Driver's license.
“B” as bonus:
- Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud infrastructures, and DevOps,
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience,
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and field engineering capacity,
- Video Surveillance Knowledge (IP cameras and encoders, video matrices, DVRs, etc.),
- Access control systems (reader, controller, wiring, etc.)
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory. Other foreign languages are definitely an advantage.
