Course: Technical Support Operator
NSoft Academy is our educational program developed to share our internal knowledge with others. This time in Maglaj we are organizing a Technical Support Operator training. Today's support operators in complex IT environments have to successfully balance in the areas of information, technical and communication literacy. Effective communication can provide customer satisfaction as much as a technical solution to the problem.
Through this training program, you will learn how to provide technical assistance or a solution to a problem, and how to create superior customer service using communication skills. The training will focus on basic knowledge of client operating systems, basic hardware and software issues, networking, effective communication, professionalism in the workplace, and teamwork.

Monday: Customer Care & Communication Skills
Tuesday: Essential Support Applications
Wednesday: Hardware & Hardware Troubleshooting
Thursday: OS & Software Troubleshooting
Friday: Candidate Testing & Certificate Ceremony

Duration:
- one week, 26.7. - 30.7.
- 2-3 hours every day
Location: IT Hub Maglaj by SPARK
After the completed education, you will acquire entry-level knowledge in working with tools such as Zendesk Support, Zendesk Chat, 3CX, Slack, TeamViewer, WinMTR and LastPass. You will be able to get hired as Technical Support Operator at NSoft, Help Desk Analyst, Customer Service Representative, or similar.
