- Attend the 8-week long internship program, starting on the first Monday of July.
- Be present in person, full-time, at NSoft's headquarters in Mostar for the duration of the internship.
- Participate in selection testing (June 12th and 13th).
- If selected, attend the second selection round which includes a technical interview (June 15th and 16th).
*For candidates not based in Mostar, NSoft will provide accommodation during the internship.
Expectations:
- Willingness to learn: As an intern, you are expected to be open to new technologies, techniques, and approaches. You should be willing to learn and apply new knowledge to the projects assigned to you.
- Attention to detail: Writing code requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. As an intern, you will be expected to take the time to ensure your work is correct and free from errors.
- Good communication skills: Clear communication is essential in any team environment, including software development. You will be expected to communicate effectively with your mentor, fellow interns, and other team members.
- Problem-solving skills: Software development requires problem-solving skills. You will be expected to think critically and creatively to solve problems that arise during your internship.
Nice to have:
- A solid understanding of programming fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and computer architecture.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages commonly used in the industry such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience with development tools and platforms such as IDEs, and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software development.
