Product Specialist

Our team is currently looking for a Product Specialist that will closely communicate with the Managing Director, Regional Sales Managers, and Clients. The one that is responsible for the resolution of the technical sales process and the one who will ensure the efficient and smooth operations of the NSoft Vision ecosystem within a customer's environment while cooperating with the Regional Sales Managers.

Your daily job will look like this:
- Work with Managing Director, Development Manager from the platform team to prioritize the backlog, set vital quality metrics, process adherence, and align s/w dependencies with other product areas,
- Develop and maintain extensive working knowledge of NSoft Vision software solutions,
- Helping customers manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of various NSoft Vision systems,
- Define product and functional requirements based on customer and partner requirements,
- Monitor support requests to identify any recurring issues and may recommend changes to products or their usage,
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations,
- Hold regular review meetings with customers to discuss any issues or problems and provide reports to the account stakeholders,
- Work with Product Development & Development teams to assure a smooth transition from pre-sales to the post-sales implementation environment,
- Advise clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work and how they can contribute to their business and operational objectives.
- Periodically monitor accounts to ensure optimal usage and performance of the NSoft Vision ecosystem.
- Connect and coordinate with additional NSoft Vision teams (product development, development, sales, executive leadership, etc.) when deemed necessary for the customer's long-term success.
- Ensure productivity tools are correctly used, and efficiency metrics are met.
We will benefit from your hiring because you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Business Administration,
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project/product management, and working experience in complex application s/w delivery contexts,
- Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities,
- Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (detail-oriented),
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills,
- Experience in some of the following tools: (Issue Tracking Tools (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA, Service Now); Collaboration Tools (e.g.Confluence, Trello, Phabricator); Communication Tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Skype),
- Excellent knowledge of Google Office Tools or Microsoft Office Tools,
- Excellent understanding of networking principles and the IP protocol,
- Experience with Access Control Systems and the associated hardware,
- Experience with networking equipment configuration and troubleshooting (switches, routers, etc.),
- Understanding of network storage (SAN, NAS, iSCSI) principles and best practices,
- Drivers license.
“B” as bonus:
- Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud infrastructures, and DevOps,
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and field engineering capacity,
- Video Surveillance Knowledge (IP cameras and encoders, video matrices, DVRs, etc.),
- Access control systems (reader, controller, wiring, etc.)
